Training Update
We hope everyone has enjoyed the well deserved break between season.
Coaches will be in touch shortly to advise of training details.
TRAINING
The club has worked hard to accommodate teams as best as possible. Training is compulsory up to and including u16s.
If you have a clash with your designated training time, please advise your coach and we can work through options with you.
It is imperative that ALL players train with their team.
Each team has one training per week at either St Lukes/Fairhills or State Basketball Centre.
No additional trainings will be run by coaches outside of their allowed training times or venues.
Knox City Cougars adhere to strict member protection protocols for training. These include the following:
- Allocated and approved times and venues only.
We also remind families in regards to trainings: Additional training sessions: Over the course of the season, Knox City Cougars may run some club approved age group or skill based additional sessions.
These will be communicated from the club directly. These sessions will be held at State Basketball Centre or St Lukes. Please stay tuned for details.
Want more basketball?
If one training session and a game is not enough - Knox Basketball Association has some Term 2 academy sessions designed for all skill levels twice a week to provide domestic players with an extra fix of the game we all love.
